Our recommendation on choosing the best gaming laptop under Rs 60,000:

While you might not be able to play the most recent games at maxed out settings, these laptops can offer respectable frame rates at med settings.

1050MX happens to be the best card under Rs 60,000 that can offer decent gaming experience. It’s an exception to the above rule and should mow down all but the most demanding games. We recommend prioritizing GPU over RAM, CPU, and everything else since it is GPU that is likely to be the bottleneck. 150MX falls in the second spot while the 940MX is significantly less powerful than the 150MX. The final list would be something like 1050 Ti > 560 RX > 1050 > 150MX > 540 RX > 130MX  > 110MX = 940MX.

The 8th gen Core offers great performance and battery life. But those looking for sheer power should know that the 7300HQ is actually better. In terms of raw power, the performance goes like i5 8300Hi7 7700HQ> i7 8550U> i5 7300HQ> i5 8250U> i7 7500U > Ryzen 5.  Also, between a 7th gen Core i7 and 8th gen Core i5, it seems like the i7 would be more powerful. 1080p displays offer far superior visuals and we recommend such laptops, even if they’re a bit expensive.

Also, get Windows 10 and 1080p display. Don’t bother with laptops having lower resolution, while Windows 10 is something that can be purchased separately and installed (read purchased and not illegally downloaded). Also, these can be termed as the best laptops under Rs 60,000 for college students and working professionals too.
